Terms of Service

Trade Show PRO is a trade show management platform that helps businesses manage booth staffing, capture visitor contacts, track performance, and coordinate team activities at trade shows and exhibitions.

Trade Show PRO is intended for business use. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and are authorized by your employer or organization to use the service on their behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that business card photos are processed using AI services to extract contact information. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent or legal basis to collect and store visitor contact data through the service.

The Trade Show PRO platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Henrik Berg. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

You retain full ownership of all data you create or upload to the service, including scanned contacts, meeting notes, and business card images. We claim no ownership over your data.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will provide notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trade Show PRO and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You can delete your account from within the app, which will permanently remove all your personal data. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved by the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
