Does the app work offline?
Yes. The mobile app is designed to work offline. All data is stored locally and synced automatically when you're back online.
Which platforms are supported?
Trade Show PRO has a web admin panel (any modern browser) and a mobile app for iOS and Android.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export scanned contacts and event data from the web admin panel, or sync them directly to HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365. We also support your right to data portability under GDPR.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile section in the mobile app or by contacting us at support@tradeshowpro.events. All your data will be permanently removed.
